Refund policy
We are determined to leave all of our customers 100% satisfied. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with any items that you purchased, send it back for a store credit gift card. If you would like to return merchandise, you should access our return portal located on the bottom of our home page and fill out the information requested no later than 30 days after receipt of the item(s), which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company. All returns past 30 days after receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, odor, or damage. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For all other items, we will happily accept returns for store credit for any item that is returned in an unused condition with all original tags still present without any signs of wear, smoke or odor. Items returned outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be credited.
Steps to return merchandise:
- Go to our Home Page and click on Return Portal and enter your email and order number, and click the “RETURN ITEMS” button.
- Select the item(s) that you would like to return, and click the “NEXT” button.
- Select a Return Reason from the drop down list that best describes why you are returning the selected item(s) and click the “NEXT” button.
- Review the return options available and related terms and select store credit for your return.
- Review your return details, and confirm by clicking the “CONFIRM” button.
- Once you have confirmed your return and your return has been approved you will receive an email with further directions for how to send your merchandise back.
- You can check you return status by returning to the Return Portal and signing in with your email address and order number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, you will be contacted via email with the details of your store credit.
Please remember that your store credit will be emailed in the form of an electronic gift card instantly once your return is processed. Gift card credits can be applied to your next order and never expire.
Shipping Charges on Returns:
- In the event that the order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to incorrect or inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- In the event that ModaXpressOnline.com has shipped an item(s) that was different from your original order, we will refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit gift card. Subject to the following: If UPS ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If USPS Express or Priority services are used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit not the actual amount you spent.
- ModaXpressOnline.com inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke, and damage. In the event that the item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive any refund or store credit.
- To ensure proper processing, indicate the reason for return as either "Defective" or "Wrong item or size shipped". Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available and requested, will be shipped to you free of charge or store credit applied if preferred. If your exact replacement is out of stock, a store credit in the amount of the purchased item will be applied to your account.
- The following occurrences are subject to 15% restocking fee: Entire order is returned that was purchased through "FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders" promotion.
The 15% restocking fee will be charged to the payment method originally used to cover the costs we incur related to the return of the merchandise.
International Return Restrictions:
All international orders are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. International orders returned will receive a store credit for the merchandise, but NOT duties, taxes or tariffs.
